Prosper neighborhoods: small town, big lots
A small town with a quaint downtown, estates and bigger lots, and Prosper ISD.
Living in Prosper
Prosper neighborhoods give you something that's getting harder to find in this part of Collin County: a small-town feel close to everything. Prosper has a quaint downtown with a few restaurants and a few bars, and it still feels like a town rather than a suburb of somewhere else.
It's also still developing, but it can't grow forever. Prosper is landlocked by the cities around it, so there's a limit to how big it will get.
Many of my Prosper buyers commute to Frisco or down into Dallas, and they choose Prosper for what it feels like at the end of the day. US 380 runs close by.

How I help buyers and sellers in Prosper
Prosper sits at the upper end of the Collin County market, and buying at that level usually means selling a home first. I build one plan for both moves, so you know when to list, when to buy and when to close. Read about trading up into Prosper.
For sellers, a Prosper home deserves marketing to match: professional photography, drone photos, a listing video, paid Facebook and Instagram ads targeting the local market around the listing, and buyer interest built before the home goes live. See how I sell a Prosper home or selling a luxury home in Prosper.
Prosper homes: estates, new construction and bigger lots

What you give up choosing Prosper
The trade-off is choice. Prosper has a handful of restaurants and some shopping, but nothing like the selection you get in Frisco. For a lot of buyers, that's exactly the point. For others it's a deal-breaker, and it's better to know that before you buy.
If Prosper is out of your price range, Celina is the next town north, and it's where many Prosper shoppers end up.
Prosper schools
Prosper is served by Prosper ISD. Some neighborhoods outside the town limits, including parts of Aubrey, are zoned to Prosper ISD too. I check the district and the assigned schools for every address.
