I've helped buyers and sellers for more than 20 years, with more than 500 homes sold. McKinney is home base, and I work every town from Plano up to Anna and Celina, from first homes and move-up homes to luxury homes, golf course properties and estates.
Over the years I've also worked in new construction sales, REO and foreclosures, appraisal and title, so I know how every piece of a sale fits together. I was featured as a D Magazine Top Producer in 2021 and named one of Top Producers' Top 750 real estate agents in Dallas in 2026.
Clients first, always. Every client gets the same thing from me: a straight answer, careful attention to the details, and me personally on the file from the first conversation to the closing table.
When I'm not working, I'm usually out enjoying live music, and downtown McKinney never runs short of it. Cadillac Pizza Pub and Harvest at the Masonic are two of my favorite spots, along with Room One Eleven, a hidden speakeasy. Home is my husband, our daughter, and our two miniature dachshunds, Ben and Lucy, who pretty much run the house.

In my clients' words
Terri coordinated our home sale and new home purchase flawlessly!!! The closings meshed smoothly so we could easily move out and next day move in…very nice!!! Thank you Terri for doing a Great job for us…5 stars for Terri
Terri was phenomenal! As a first time home buyer she took the time to explain the process of home buying, read through the contracts with my husband and I and even get us a good deal from the sellers. She referred a great home inspector who was able to find a few issues with the home that the seller fixed or gave us money for. She was externally knowledgeable, friendly, and always in communication. Needles to say, we found our first hime thanks to Terri’s expertise and knowledge in homes around the DFW metroplex! Highly recommend Terri to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
Terri Egstad is great to work with when buying and selling homes. We have used her two different times now and each time was fast and flawless. Terri has lots of experience at what she does and I’m sure we will call her again in the future when buying or selling a home.
Terri is a thorough professional and an outstanding and dependable partner in your home buying journey. Her knowledge of the Real Estate Market, timeliness, guidance throughout the process are an unmatched combination. She adds a personal touch understanding your needs and preferences so well. We will highly recommend her to any home buyer in TX and would be our Go To real estate agent at any given time.
