Privacy policy
How Terri Egstad Real Estate collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What this site collects
Last updated September 28, 2026.
This website is run by Terri Egstad, a REALTOR® with Pinnacle Realty Advisors. This policy explains what information the site collects, where it goes and what you can do about it.
When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form or a request for a free guide, it collects what you type in: your first name, last name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a message and the answers to any extra questions on that form.
If you give a phone number, the site also records whether you agreed to receive text messages, the exact consent wording you were shown, and the date and time you agreed.
The site also records where your visit came from, such as the website or ad link that brought you here, so I know how people find me. Beyond that and the standard technical logs any web server keeps, the site does not collect anything automatically.
Who receives it
When you submit a form, your information is sent to GoHighLevel, the contact management system I use to keep track of inquiries and follow up with you. GoHighLevel stores it on my behalf, and I also receive an email notice of each new inquiry.
The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which runs the servers the site is delivered from.
Both companies act as service providers processing information on my behalf. I don't sell your information to anyone.
How it is used
I use your information to answer your question and to follow up with you about buying or selling a home.
I may also send you marketing emails, such as market updates or news about homes and my services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask me directly to stop.
I keep contact information until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
Giving a phone number is always optional. I only send text messages to numbers where you've agreed to receive them. If you give a phone number without agreeing, it is not added to my contact system for texting.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP.
To make any of these requests, use the contact details below.
