Buying a home in Collin County, ready before you look

Ready before we look: pre-approval, a straight budget and a focused search, then every step to closing.

What buying with me looks like

Buying a home in Collin County gives you a lot of choice, from 1970s homes in Plano to brand-new construction in Celina. That's good news, and it's also why so many buyers feel overwhelmed before they've seen a single house.

My job is to cut that down to the homes that fit, and then get you ready to win the one you want. Getting ready comes first. The step-by-step version is on how I help you buy.

How I help you buy

Ready. You get pre-approved, and we sign a Buyers Representation Document and the state-required disclosures before I show you homes, so you know exactly who's working for you and on what terms.

Educated. I tell you plainly what your budget buys, and where, including the costs beyond the price: taxes, HOA dues and communities with a MUD tax.

Aligned. I check school zoning for the exact address, your real commute, and what's being built nearby, so we only tour homes that fit.

Locked. Once your offer is accepted, I guide you through the option period, the inspection and repair negotiations, the appraisal and loan approval, the final walkthrough and closing at the title company.

What you get

  • A clear picture of what your budget buys in each town
  • School zoning checked for every address
  • An offer strategy, and negotiation handled by me
  • Repair requests negotiated, with receipts and photos of the completed work
  • Follow-up with your lender on loan approval, and the appraisal coordinated
  • A final walkthrough before closing
  • Me with you through closing day
